When Percolate launched in 2011, its main feature was the Brew, a curation engine that provides content recommendations from relevant audiences, influencers, and publications online — all to help social and content marketers decide what to write about.
However, we aren’t ones for nostalgia. Since then, the product has grown by leaps and bounds.
As our software continues to provide new features that streamline marketing workflows, a cross-functional team here at Percolate has been working on providing training materials for Percolate users of all types — end-users, admins, and developers alike.
Today, we’re proud to introduce the Success Center, our new, centralized repository for Percolate how-tos. Users can learn how to create branded assets using the Asset Editor and add Twitter search streams. Admins can discover how to design custom roles and set up approval workflows. And everyone can get an overview of each of Percolate’s core capabilities from planning, asset editing and management, to publishing and analytics.
